Me Alexandre Lacasse joined EC2 in 2025 as a partner, bringing recognized expertise in business sales and transfers. He supports business owners in their sale and acquisition projects, relying on a strategic, rigorous, and multidisciplinary approach.
A tax lawyer by training, Me Lacasse co-founded two firms—one in business law and the other in taxation—before founding PNTT in 2019, a company specializing exclusively in business sales and acquisitions. Since then, he has completed more than a hundred mandates in various sectors, including retail, transportation, automation, e-commerce, distribution, and manufacturing.
