We are pleased to announce the appointment of Francis Faucher, BBA, F. Pl., FMVA, CBCA, as Business Sales, Acquisitions, and Financing Advisor at EC2.
Francis brings over ten years of experience in finance. He spent several years in the banking sector, where he developed a strong understanding of risk assessment and lenders’ expectations. He subsequently worked with companies across various industries as a fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and strategic advisor, helping them address challenges related to growth, profitability, and capital structure.
His professional background allows him to offer entrepreneurs a dual perspective: that of a lender and that of a CFO. Whether preparing a business for sale, evaluating an acquisition, or structuring project financing, Francis brings a rigorous and practical financial approach to complex business challenges, supported by his expertise in financial modeling.
Francis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance from HEC Montréal. He also holds the FMVA and CBCA certifications and is currently pursuing the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation through the CBV Institute.
