We are pleased to announce the appointment of Francis Faucher,<\/a> BBA, F. Pl., FMVA, CBCA, as Business Sales, Acquisitions, and Financing Advisor at EC2.<\/p>\n

Francis brings over ten years of experience in finance. He spent several years in the banking sector, where he developed a strong understanding of risk assessment and lenders\u2019 expectations. He subsequently worked with companies across various industries as a fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and strategic advisor, helping them address challenges related to growth, profitability, and capital structure.<\/p>\n

His professional background allows him to offer entrepreneurs a dual perspective: that of a lender and that of a CFO. Whether preparing a business for sale, evaluating an acquisition, or structuring project financing, Francis brings a rigorous and practical financial approach to complex business challenges, supported by his expertise in financial modeling.<\/p>\n

Francis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance from HEC Montr\u00e9al. He also holds the FMVA and CBCA certifications and is currently pursuing the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation through the CBV Institute.<\/p>\n
