He has over 25 years of experience in managing and negotiating transactions, including cross-border transactions in Canada, the United States and Europe.<\/p><p>In recent years, he led many financing and business transfer mandates for a wide variety of SMEs as a partner at Capital Conseil.<\/p><p>He previously held the position of Vice President Finance for several high-tech companies.
