BIOGRAPHY
Arnaud Douilliez brings together experience as a financial executive, entrepreneur, and business advisor to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
He holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (CNAM). He began his career in auditing at EY in Luxembourg before taking on the role of Financial Controller at Avery Dennison. He then served as Chief Financial Officer at Pay-Back Group before becoming Managing Director for Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.
His entrepreneurial journey then led him to establish AMD Plus Gestion, a French financial and business advisory firm, where he advised more than 50 SMEs and negotiated significant financing arrangements on behalf of his clients. He also served as a part-time Chief Financial Officer for several companies.
After settling in Quebec, Arnaud continued to support growing businesses, notably through his involvement with Anges Québec, while also advising startups through Propolys and Espace-inc. In 2023, he co-founded Fusio Capital, where he participated in business transactions across Quebec..
At EC2, he now draws on this experience to support business owners in Sherbrooke and the Eastern Townships. He guides them through preparing for the sale of their businesses, evaluating potential acquisitions, and securing financing, bringing the perspective of an executive who has personally faced these types of decisions.
